I was reading local newspaper and came across the title of an article ‘ Indulge in mangoes without guilt’! The idea was to mix up other fruits with mangoes and make it perfect without adding extra sugar!
I have added some roasted cumin powder and salt. It is my favorite combination that goes well with mangoes.
Serves 2 persons
11/2 papaya(ripe) pieces
1 cup mango (ripe)
1/4 cup yogurt or soy milk
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
some water (2-3 tbsp)
- Put all the ingredients in juicer or blender! Blend it till smooth and thick.
- Serve immediately with crushed ice.
