In this season of green peas and lovely greens, this salad is perfect tummy filling snack or even light dinner. It is quick, healthy and super easy. Enjoy!
Serves 2 persons
11/2 cup green peas (boiled)
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels(boiled)
1 small onion(chopped)
1 small tomato (chopped)
11/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Boil the green peas till they are soft and store them in cold water so that green peas retain their green colour.
- Pressure cook sweet corn kernels for 2-3 whitsles.
- Mix green peas, sweet corn kernels, onion , tomato, salt, pepper, chat masala and cumin powder. Toss it. Serve warm.
