Goes well after a heavy meal, a thirst quenching drink during summer. Works wonderfully for digestive system in body. For me it is any time drink , enjoy!
For 4 servings
1 1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp green chilly paste (optional)
1/2 tbsp aamchur powder
1/2 tsp rosted cumin(jeera) powder
1 tbsp sugar
salt as required
chopped coriader to serve
Take yogurt in big bowl(big enough to fit 4 glasses of water). Beat the yogurt with salt , sugar, cumin powder, chilly paste and ginger-garlic paste and amchur powder. ( you can chat masala instead of aamchur powder).
Add 4 medium glasses of water. Taste and adjust the salt. Mix thoroughly. Serve chilled in glasses with chopped coriander on it.
